Deposit Policy

The Journal of Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Safety allows and encourages authors to deposit versions of their work in institutional repositories, personal websites, and other appropriate repositories.

Author Rights for Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to deposit the following versions of their manuscript:

• Preprint Version: The original version of the manuscript before peer review may be deposited at any time.
• Accepted Manuscript (Postprint): The version accepted after peer review may be deposited in institutional repositories or other non-commercial repositories.
• Published Version (Version of Record): The final published version may be deposited in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other platforms, provided proper citation and link to the journal’s official website are included.

Conditions for Deposit

• The deposited version must include proper acknowledgment of the journal as the original source of publication.
• A link to the official journal website and the published article should be provided.
• The deposited work must not violate the journal’s copyright and licensing terms.

Open Access Compliance

This journal supports open access principles and allows authors to disseminate their work widely to increase visibility, accessibility, and academic impact.

No Embargo Period

The Journal of Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Safety does not impose an embargo period. Authors may deposit their work immediately after publication.
