This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the readiness of community pharmacists in implementing telepharmacy in Tulungagung. This research uses a quantitative analytical design with a cross-sectional approach, involving 152 community pharmacists as respondents. The analyzed factors include knowledge, perceptions of the benefits of telepharmacy, training experience, stable internet access, availability of digital devices, and organizational support. The results show that the readiness level of community pharmacists is predominantly in the moderate readiness category (56.6%), with a positive perception of the benefits of telepharmacy as the most dominant factor influencing implementation readiness. Furthermore, organizational support, training experience, and stable internet access also significantly affect readiness. These findings provide practical contributions to the development of digital pharmaceutical services in community pharmacies, with recommendations to strengthen training, organizational support, and adequate digital infrastructure
