About the Journal

The Journal of Marine Pharmacy and Biomedicine (JMPB) publishes high-quality original research articles and review papers that have undergone a rigorous peer-review process. The journal is issued three times a year (April, August, and December). Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished works and may be written in either Indonesian or English. All submissions are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review and editorial assessment prior to acceptance and publication. The Journal of Marine Pharmacy and Biomedicine (JMPB) was first published in April 2026.

JMPB utilizes the Open Journal System (OJS), which requires all authors to register before submitting their manuscripts online. Following submission, editors, reviewers, and authors can track the progress of the manuscript through OJS or via email notifications.
