Withdrawal of Manuscript

Authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript before acceptance if valid reasons are provided to the editorial office.

Once a manuscript has entered the peer-review process, withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing and approved by the Editor-in-Chief.

Withdrawal is generally permitted under circumstances such as:

  • Significant errors discovered by the authors.
  • Ethical concerns.
  • Duplicate submission identified before publication.

Authors are strongly discouraged from withdrawing manuscripts solely to submit them to another journal after substantial editorial and reviewer resources have been invested.

Unethical withdrawal practices may result in temporary restrictions on future submissions.
