Open Access Policy
The Journal of Religion, Local Politics, and Law is a full and immediate gold open access journal. All articles are freely available to read, download, share, and reuse upon publication, without any cost to readers or access barriers.
Licensing
All content is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows anyone to copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercially, provided appropriate credit is given to the original work.
Author Rights
Authors retain full copyright to their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. Authors are encouraged to self-archive the final published version (PDF) in institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic networks immediately upon publication, with proper citation to the journal.
Article Processing Charges (APCs)
This journal operates on a no-fee model. There are no Article Processing Charges (APCs) or submission fees for authors at any stage of the publication process. Publication and open access hosting are supported by the journal's institutional sponsors.
Archiving
To ensure permanent open access, all content is preserved with long-term digital archiving services, including CLOCKSS and LOCKSS.
