Artificial Intelligence Policy

The Journal of Information System and Data Intelligence (JISDI) recognizes the growing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in research and scholarly publishing.

Authors

Authors may use AI tools for:

• Language editing

• Grammar checking

• Formatting assistance

Authors remain fully responsible for all submitted content. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

Any substantial use of AI during manuscript preparation should be disclosed within the manuscript.

Reviewers

Reviewers must not upload confidential manuscript content to public AI systems or services that could compromise confidentiality.

Editors

Editors may use AI-assisted tools for administrative support, plagiarism detection, and language assessment. Final editorial decisions remain the responsibility of human editors.

This policy may be updated periodically in response to evolving technologies and publishing standards.
