Peer Review Policy
Bhinneka: Intercultural and Counseling Insight (BICI) is published by the Association of Volunteers and Journal Management of PTNU (ARJUNU) under PT. Pro Panoramic Solution in collaboration with the Faculty of Education, Surabaya State University. All research articles to be published in this journal must undergo peer review by at least two reviewers in their respective areas of expertise. Peer review is a double-blind peer review. All editorial decisions are based on the results of expert review.
Members of the Editorial Board provide insight, advice, and guidance to the Editor-in-Chief and assist in making decisions regarding manuscript acceptance. The Managing Editor and Editorial Assistants provide administrative support, enabling Bhinneka: Intercultural and Counseling Insight (BICI) to maintain the integrity of peer review while ensuring fast turnaround times and maximum efficiency for authors, reviewers, and editors.
Peer Review of Referred Papers
The Bhinneka: Intercultural and Counseling Insight (BICI) editorial board will promptly decide whether to accept, reject, or request revisions to a refereed paper based on the review and editorial insights. Additionally, the Editor will have the option to seek additional review if necessary. Authors will be advised by the Editor if further review and revision are needed.
We strive to maintain a reasonable timeframe for review preparation. Reviewers are asked to complete their reviews within the allotted timeframe to ensure timely feedback to authors. The survey helps drive the publishing process and maintain overall efficiency.
